Courtney Celi
Courtney Celi is the Vice President of Medicare Supplement at Spring Venture Group, bringing over 10 years of experience to the organization. She began her career at the company in 2016 as a Sales Agent. In her current role, she is responsible for the overall profit and loss (P&L) of the Medicare Supplement business, overseeing both new sales and retention initiatives. She drives the division's growth by optimizing the MS business, cultivating a high-performance sales culture, and ensuring efficiency through close collaboration with Analytics, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Technology departments.

Jeremy Borchert
Jeremy leads Spring Venture Group’s Medicare Advantage operations, overseeing the strategic coordination of the Sales, Customer Care, and Retention teams. He brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience to his role, including previous leadership as a Department Manager and Vice President for a top-10 commercial insurance broker. Jeremy focuses on driving customer satisfaction and long-term retention while refining workflows to maximize efficiency and accuracy across departments. Serving as a vital liaison, Jeremy unifies our internal teams while also collaborating closely with external carrier partners and new business.

In his role as VP, Sales Enablement, he leads an award-winning team that develops, maintains, executes, and monitors proprietary programs that improve sales productivity, increase revenue, and activate employees’ immediate and long-term engagement.
