As Spring Venture Group's senior sales leader, Lauren oversees the strategy, development, and implementation of initiatives that drive high-performing sales teams in an increasingly dynamic and competitive market. Lauren and her team are responsible for the forecasting, planning, and analysis of sales performance, balancing revenue generation and cost management. She is also a leader among our business partners, building lasting relationships focused on mutual growth. Lauren’s motivational leadership fosters a culture of inclusion and diversity, preparing salespeople and sales leadership for immediate and sustained success.

Cody Ball

Cody Ball

Cody is a Senior Vice President of United Medicare Advisors, Spring Venture Group’s Medicare Supplement distribution agency. Cody joined SVG in 2015 as a sales agent and quickly rose through the ranks. He was promoted to his current role as SVP, MS Sales in 2024. Cody drives UMA's sales performance and cost management with strategies that improve the productivity of our sales agents, the effectiveness of our management team and, ultimately, the profitability of our business. An entrepreneurial leader, Cody is passionate about developing people and maintaining a winning culture our people love.

Michael Celi

As Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement, Michael and his team create continuity across sales onboarding, training, coaching, and leadership development. Michael's expertise in sales methodologies, process improvement, and training inform the development of strategies that drive sales growth and improve sales productivity. With over eight years of experience at Spring Venture Group, Michael has overseen the training and development of more than 2,600 salespeople. His diverse experience and valuable insight into SVG's processes help align sales objectives with company strategy.
