Kyle leads Spring Venture Group’s finance operations including accounting; modeling and forecasting; analysis; negotiations and risk management; investor relations; and private/institutional financing. He oversees strategic initiatives linking financial goals and business objectives to enhance financial performance and organizational growth. Kyle’s authentic leadership style has made him a trusted advisor to executive leadership, colleagues, and team members. His deep financial expertise and experience leading high-growth businesses are key as SVG looks toward the future.

Josh Vossen
As Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Josh leads Spring Venture Group’s financial reporting; KPI tracking; forecasting and modeling; long-term financial planning; annual budget and reforecast processes; expense management; variable compensation; and strategic decision support. Josh plays a key role supporting the company’s growth, providing insights, and building transparency into company performance trends.
Blake Goodman
Executive Vice President, Controller
Blake Goodman
Blake oversees all accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as investor relations, tax, treasury, and payroll. Prior to joining Sping Venture Group in 2016, Blake spent seven years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served public and private companies across multiple industries. Blake helped build the SVG finance team from the ground floor with a focus on integrity and autonomy. He also helped acquire the financing that has supported SVG's rapid organic growth. A certified public accountant, Blake earned his undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Kansas.
