The Carrier Relations Department is responsible for managing the relationship for all SVG carriers across the UMA and SmartMatch product lines to establish strategic solutions and programs that drive effectiveness and performance of each carrier. This includes developing carrier and product strategies, delivering carrier requirements and ensuring our goals are being met.

Michael Albenberg

As EVP of Carrier Relations, Michael leads and manages the relationships between SVG and its insurance company partners. He is responsible for connecting carriers with our mission, driving the development of new products and improving terms, conditions, and operational efficiencies. Michael, who has served with SVG throughout his career, was VP of Operations before assuming the role of EVP of Carrier Relations. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his role and has played an important part in SVG's rise from a startup to a powerhouse in the Medicare distribution industry.
