As President & Chief Operating Officer, Kim leads Spring Venture Group's Technology and Customer Experience teams and other areas that impact our company-wide operations. A 20-year veteran of the health care technology industry, Kim is known for her innovative use of data and product research in meeting the demands of a rapidly changing industry. She has a track record of improving organizational efficiencies, optimizing workflows, and using real-time analytics to identify opportunities for growth, which make her a key strategic leader. Kim has an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Jeremy Roberts
As Vice President of Product & Strategic Operations, Jeremy leads Spring Venture Group’s product management, product design, and strategic operations teams, setting the overarching product vision and aligning roadmaps across the organization. He’s responsible for directing the company's annual strategic planning process and leading SVG's “Voice of the Customer” program, which includes managing customer surveys and the customer advisory board. By partnering with engineering and business stakeholders, Jeremy drives the continuous improvement of SVG’s software and systems. He brings over a decade of technology and product leadership to the role, with a background in leading delivery for a data-driven tech startup and directing custom software consulting engagements across the healthcare and insurance sectors.
