In line with our dedication to professional growth and our company ethos, SVG began in-person training for 21 new agents on June 5, and 10 new agents on July 21 at our Kansas City headquarters. These engaging, interactive, and immersive training sessions ensure that our fresh sales team members are well-equipped with the latest industry insights and best practices. 

One example of how we go beyond conventional sales programs with a comprehensive sales training that not only focuses on the process but also fosters a strong sense of teamwork and community. A group of new agents recently exchanged their notebooks for gardening tools to help the Kansas City Parks and Recreation department clear KC’s Gillham Park of invasive, overgrown weeds that blocked public walkways. This act of stewardship was one of many ways we strive to make a positive impact while building a sense of community within our teams.
