A group of new agents recently exchanged their notebooks for gardening tools to help the Kansas City Parks and Recreation department clear KC’s Gillham Park of invasive, overgrown weeds that blocked public walkways. This act of stewardship was one of many ways we strive to make a positive impact while building a sense of community within our teams.
