Stephanie is Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She executes strategy that attracts and helps us hire the best available talent. An experienced leader in the agency staffing space, Stephanie has over 26 years of experience creating staffing strategies for many Fortune 500 brands. She has led large multi-state recruitment teams, ensuring that customer hiring standards and timelines were met. Stephanie works across many teams at Spring Venture Group, amplifying our employment brand and setting us up for future success.
Cody Ball

Cody Ball
Cody is a Senior Vice President of United Medicare Advisors, Spring Venture Group’s Medicare Supplement distribution agency. Cody joined SVG in 2015 as a sales agent and quickly rose through the ranks. He was promoted to his current role as SVP, MS Sales in 2024. Cody drives UMA's sales performance and cost management with strategies that improve the productivity of our sales agents, the effectiveness of our management team and, ultimately, the profitability of our business. An entrepreneurial leader, Cody is passionate about developing people and maintaining a winning culture our people love.
Susan Anderson

Susan Anderson
Susan Anderson leads the Spring Venture Group Compliance Department as General Counsel & Privacy Officer. She has worked at SVG for over six years in various Compliance Department roles. Sue has 30 years of experience as an attorney, including 14 years as a HIPAA Privacy Officer, as well as 24 years of experience as an adjunct law professor. She has also served as a Juvenile Court pro bono attorney. Sue is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas.

Burke oversees global HR operations including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee experience, internal communications, total rewards, HR business partnerships, licensing, and facilities. Burke is also an integral part of our senior strategy team, working with senior leadership to ensure that all facets of HR support business needs. He is a highly accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience, having led HR programs for companies like NASB, Applebee’s, H&R Block, and Sprint.

Chris is the CEO of Spring Venture Group and a member of the company’s board of directors. Chris joined Spring Venture Group in 2011 as Executive Vice President with a promotion to CEO in 2012. His emphasis on calculated growth and leadership development helped build the organization from 27 employees in 2012 to over 1000 in 2018. Chris empowers decision making and embraces an entrepreneurial spirit through constant improvement and innovation. This vision is at the core of Spring Venture Group’s tremendous success and has set the standard for our company culture.
